Its been like this for a while. It is unworkably slow. It is not worth it. Personally I would rather pay a fee and get some competent managers here at this stage rather than not be able to access the site at all for 2-3 hours a day.
How long does this take to troubleshoot?
With the number of problems you have ongoing you really need to beef up your IT dept. If there was any site that almost compared to this one I would be gone. Enjoy the monopoly while it lasts but it won't last with crap like this.
My apologies guys, the new server is being integrated into the load balancer. Once that is accomplished we will have our traffic load divided by 3 servers instead of two. I really do expect to hear that the traffic load is balanced very shortly.
