If you are really in a position of power you would probably have more people kissing your ass then you would have people stabbing you in the back.

It sounds like If your story is true you are in middle management and not the ultimate authority .

Because if you were the ultimate authority like you pretend to be it would not matter worth a shit what those below you you think.

So in positions like assistant 3rd shift night assistant assistant manager yea the issues you claim to be facing is normal.

But if you really were the authority you would probably have people kissing your ass trying to get on your good side because you would have the power and ability to advance them and give them promotions .
