Does it seem like there is always someone in the company gunning for your job and trying to take you down?

I've noticed this the last year and a half or so as I've moved to higher positions at my company.

And when one falls by the wayside there is another person there to take their place trying to overthrow you.

Anyone else experience this or am I nuts?

i dont know about nuts but sounds like you are either a) paranoid, b) make a lot of enemies at your job or c) work at a terrible place....

there will always be competition on the world and you can't get along with everyone but should learn to be able to work with people who you dont see eye to eye with

There is competition / politics in just about every level of every job. Just goes with the territory.

Choosing to be an employee carries risk that your employer may choose to favor someone else over you for this or that job duty.

Ownership averts such risks

Put yourself in the other person's shoes. When you are in a career field, mostly everyone wants to climb the corporate ladder. Move up in the company. When there is an opportunity, people will see it and act on it. Its difficult and almost impossible to move up unless someone, quits, retires or is fired.

Maybe find a JOB first. Heard "Black Lives Matter" paying $18 per hour to pretend
they are NOT working. Got to do a lot of street shit through...blacks don't seem to
matter with this crowd.

Well since you didn't earn the job and it was given to you by a family member I'm sure plenty of people you work with are out to cut you down

Is this true? If true, can't feel too good going to work each day.

Just make sure you always remember to put the correct amount of salt on the fries.
When they tell you no tomatoes that does not mean extra tomatoes

You are in a very competitive line of work.

Just do the best you can

I wouldn't call it passive aggressive by JC, but he sometimes will write a post to make people think he's doing better than he is. I can only site it about 500 times.

No way this clown has any position of power, NO WAY

I hear you on that

Although ownership comes with its own set of risks/stress.

With life, the more you get the more you have to lose I guess.
