the attention whore gets what she wanted. please somebody tell me how Devo can't file a lawsuit against the university? the syracuse District Attorney didn't find enough evidence to press charges, but a student judicial board made up of 18-22 year olds has the power to suspend an athlete costing him possibly hundreds of thousands of dollars down the road? if i am him i am suing the university

devendorf's a thug, classless asshole. Suspension isn't warranted since the chick's story is shady at best, but the dude stinks of white trash.

I could not agree more! Karma's a bitch. Hopefully for him, he starts to grow up and be a man instead of a low life piece of crap. I highly doubt it but if he doesn't he is, most likely, going to encounter a lot more problems along his path.
