The scumbag behind West Flagler Associates is Alexander Havenick, who happens to be a Florida Lawyer. He owns recreational marijuana shops in New Jersey and is doing this because he wants a piece of the action with sports betting. Someone is helping him fund this because the lawyers representing them are bigtime expensive New York lawyer (who are getting their asses kicked).
