I hope that BAS is well on his way to getting better. Don't know much about his ailment but he has a lot of solid people pulling for him, including me

I just think it is strange that they stripped him of his Admin Mod position, I think they should give back his title out of respect for all the time he has put in here. I also find it funny that they are bringing people back that were banned by BAS that he would have probably never let back in. Maybe the new powers don't realize it but by doing these things they are dissing him and he deserves better.

Still something funny about this whole thing. I just get the impression that they may be setting the stage that he may never come back. Another thing was his email in the first post. He said he had a hard time communicating but that email was well written. Probably ok, but it was translated into a very coherent email. Also, he said that no one really cares about his health (3rd sentence) and the same in sentence 5. A few other times he says that people are trashing him. Does this sound like something BAS would say? I don't know him as well as you guys and medication can cause changes but I always thought of him as being a very strong leader and would not care about naysayers.

Lastly and this may be a common practice but is it normal for someone to cash out $35,000 and put it in a safe deposit box? This would raise flags for the banks and two separate times, when he with draws and then redeposits. Anything deposited or withdrawn requires reporting by the bank

How would a guy who can’t speak or write communicate so much detail to a helper? Pantomime? Maybe Morse code like the messed up dude in that Metallica “one” video?

To those owed, give the man his few days or weeks to take care of matters. If his intention was stiffing you he could easily just disappear by just addressing it instead of ignoring the monies entrusted to him, it shows intention to pay, his status as mod or not is irrelevelant, give him the benefit of the doubt and a bit of time to make it right. He deserves that much consideration. He's actually only requesting a few days after all, give him that much and some more.
