Hamilbet posted this in the cord cutting forum on 6/13. I contacted the seller via craigslist and since then I've ordered 2 different sticks. They are very trust worthy. I was able to use pay pal, which protects both you and the seller. I paid $100 and have already got my investment back. I have yet to fully dissect this stick and see all the goodies it offers.

Get a jailbroke amazon fire stick. Based off what you are asking, I assumed you couldnt do it yourself. Find a guy and buy one.
Movies, TV shows, any and all sports, porn, etc

Short of live broadcast viewing, it will cover alot of your bases.

It should have at least all the stuf that a normal unit comes with (amazon, hulu, pandora, netflix, etc) as well as the "extras" (at least a majorty of these)...

Guys it isn't like the old black boxes or programmed satellite cards...this is video streaming from the internet so it's legal so don't worry about any of the crazy stuff from the old days. I can get you guys set up...just PM me...a buddy of mine is really good with them and sells them for $100. The small boxes are better than the firestick which doesn't have a lot of resources so they're more apt to buffer...and did I mention all the porn??

So is your guy selling a small box or the jailbroke firestick? Bit confused.

And why would i buy it from your boy for $100 when i can get it on Ebay for $60?

Varkey...he updates it with the latest version of KODI and customizes the add ons to make sure the best ones are installed and easy to access. You can use a Firestick as well...it just doesn't have a lot of resources...only 1mg ram. These devices are really just a mini computer and 2GB RAM really makes it run smooth

But the BOX is ILLEGAL (or is it not?) And the firestick is LEGA...right?

But once u buy the box from him....how do u customize and add things on....I'mnot savvy like that.

They're both legal...it's sort of like getting apps for your phone except they're called add ons. The best ones are put on from the beginning from him so you're not really customizing anything (SportsDevil for live sporting events, Exodus for the best TV and movies, Videodevil and Showbox for the best porn). There's also access to foreign channels and a bunch of other stuff that I never even looked at...you're just watching TV. I bought 3 of them from him for several TVs and it's really it's pretty cool stuff

It's called rooting not jailbreak because Android is based on UNIX and getting root means you have superuser privileges.

There's no real benefit of rooting a Fire TV device (see link) unless you are doing something really funky.

My area doesn't have the greatest DSL speed. I get some buffering when I use HBOGO or Netflix. Not always but sometimes. Sounds like you need decent internet speed for this to work properly.

Have tons of issues with stuttering if anyone has a fix? have tried a few and most work for a little while and then go back to unwatchable.

sportsdevil is ok, too much lag for me, but great

I use sportsmania add on, I pay about $60 for the year of service. The streaming is amazing in HD as well. But yes, everything, PPV fights, all NBA, NFL, MLB, everything!!!!
