It is amazing to me how Jake went on vacation. Did he once mention he was going to be on vacation? All we kept hearing about from this crybaby (Wil, he is a crybaby) is that he will honor the bet if the drug test comes back clean. That was suppose to be on Thursday the 23rd. Also he was yapping about a GHOST INVESTIGATION that never took place. He flat out lied about the judges personally telling this piece of work that there was an investigation going on.

Actually, I believe that it was someone who posted that was the case and that the race was being investigated, but that was a lie to get attention to the case.
THERE IS NO INVESTIGATION WHATESOEVER ON THIS MATTER and no collusion was involved. If I understand correctly, a few of his bets were place and show bets as well, they were not all bets to win.
These books are to be avoided LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!! This is REAL bad news for our industry.

Although the possiblity of a scma is possible, it is VERY Unlikely with so many horses to pull it off with ease.
Pay the guy, as IF THE BET has lost you would have kept his money.

Where did that info come from? Is that true? I cant belive that. where did that get added?

LEt me explain the one reason why it might be OK in a strange situation for a sportsbook to wait 7 -10 days and get it right
If they had asked this player or players related to him to stop playing at their site in the past for a similar thing (booted him out), it might take some time to investigate check with other shops, names, check EMAIL's, phone records, voice recordings, ISP, other clues to make sure this is not the same person or group. That is why I can see in a strange case a delay on something wierd like this.
