BUMP here this is again it seems some have questions....there are only 5 states with EXPRESS internet prohibition as fare as wagering



Illinos, Michigan, Louisiana, nevada, oregon and south dakota.. all on the list for prohibiting net gaming according to that site

new hampshire says felony
from as far as i could find this would fall into a harsh 7 1/2 to 15 year deal.
cant see it really holding up unless you were taking books
