I was surprised I was that high because I thought I was overstressed , I did try to put the right answers, thought for sure sress would lower me....one thing I didn't know was my cholesterol level....another thing they didn't ask about soda consumption , I do drink soda but never coffee and rarely tea, i thought tea was good though.
