Is it ever +even to DD on numbers besides those?
I thought 10 and 11 were the only numbers you should DD.
Especially an online casino when you can’t count cards
I double-checked... Global allows you to double whenever you want, but Fendoff is 10 or 11 only.
You should double 9 against 2-6, and there are also some soft-doubling situations:

Yes. Off the top there are a number of circumstances where you double on a 9. I know vs a 6 is one and i believe also vs a 5. My blackjack game is rusty so don't remember all of it off the top.
Chumba runs a fair game. I have been online gambling for 20 or so years, bonus hunting blackjack for the first 5 or so of those years and 99 percent of online games are legit. The one percent you could tell by the crummy software but the bonus still made it plus ev.
