I would take the under at that number again if this opportunity came again. The full game lost mainly because Denver was chasing the nba record regular season 3 pointers....they tied the warriors previous record but didn't beat it.

Retired already and not even 40 yet. Making a living from sports betting winnings and all the rental income from the condos that i bought from the winnings....easy life.

Don't hate. Play lost. Don't bet if you can't losses. Can't win them all.

Needed a NBA record tying effort (3 pointers) to lose this bet. They were chasing the record and kept going for 3's even in the meaning less time and it cost the bet. All they had to do was miss 1 three and the bet would have won but oh well.

Those aren't excuses they're facts. Things happen in games that you can't possibly predict. A team hitting an NBA record of 3s is completely unpredictable. All too often, the right side loses. Simply pointing out why the bet lost isn't making an excuse.

Personally, I don't bet on totals too much and hardly ever take an Under. But I looked at this game and thought Under was the right play and it lost. But......for all those that capped under, you were right when you capped it because anybody who capped over saying 1 of the teams would tie an NBA 3 pointer record is full of shit!

I agree, everybody always has something to say after the fact. I would take the under again right now if I could. 99, thank you for your FREE work and opinions. If y'all can't afford to lose a buck or two, stop gambling and GTFO!! Thank you to everyone else that takes the time to post and look out for the others.

I thought it was sound reasoning on the under. He does make valid points in his reasoning.

The Right side is the winning side no ifs and or butts. Would you be considered a good handicapper if you were on the "right side" 9 times out of 10 but your record is 1-9? Bad beats happen daily. I'd rather be lucky than good & on the "wrong side" and win any day.

A very pedestrian way of looking at the "Right and Wrong side" I agree that the right side on any given night is the winning side but I also feel that if you have a phenomenal performance by a team, it counterbalances that "right" side! The argument of which side is right and which side is wrong is moot because the term is probably overused by people. The particular game in question went Over the total by a 3pointer. 24 3pointers (NBA Record) is what it took for this total to lose! If you are saying record performing games by teams that win you money, are the right side then I want to be your bookie! Because a good capper isn't going to get "unlucky" 9/10 times. If you know anything about %'s you wouldn't have responded in such a terse manner.

Every selection has sound reasoning before the game.

Not trying to toot my own horn, but i posted something fishy. I always believe oddsmakers know more than the public. All signs posted on the under. Every total posted on every site had under. 'Oneybshowed ynder. Yet line loved up before going down. Luckily i stuck with team total under, but over was right side. Oddsmakers were wanting everyone on the under. In my opinion, dispite the 3 haymakers by denver, they knew tempo would be up and warriors lethargic on d.

thanks for all the positive feedbacks.

all the negative nancies need to learn to employ good money management.

I never make excuses for a loss. Losing is part of this but coming out in the plus int he long run is the key. And for that on top of good picks you need good discipline and money management.

I have been in the good side of a bad beat many times. I don't really believe in blind luck. Smart people will end up getting lucky more often than dumb people.

I have been betting long enough to not let any type of wins or losses affect me emotionally to the point where it affects my betting amounts. I always bet with my strategy and same money management. Its a long term investment.

The negative posters in this thread wouldn't win in the long run even if had a capper who can conistently hit 60% or higher because these guys will screw it up with bad money management......

I was on the right side in that Cavs/Wizards "Game of the year" everything lined up, bet a shitload on Washington and felt confident about it. Lost on that dirty lebron bankshot to tie 120-120... lost in OT, game was over was fixing a drink when he hit that punk shot. I had the right side and lost big. I have had a sour taste in my mouth since and took a few days off. Right side definitely loses sometimes
