Shokin was the prosecutor that Biden publicly bragged about getting fired. - The $5 million payment was a "retainer" according to the source. - The Burisma executive allegedly paid the Bidens "through so many different bank accounts" that it would take investigators "10 years" to unravel. The FBI source is a "regular, reliable source" and has been paid $200,000 by the bureau.
