leaning Zach miller again. he has a solid matchup and what should be a good game flow for the Bears needing to throw the ball

fleener due for a dud and chiefs have been brutal against tight ends. Saints haven't faced a legit defense in a while. fleener week 6 seems so flukey. a rushing td and he ran the wrong route to catch his TD pass. he needs to show me consecutive productive weeks before I start him over someone like miller with a fairly safe floor.

I hate to start Thursday night players but might have to here

I would go Hoyer just from a volume standpoint. Basic thinking is Bucs will be up early and run late. Packs offense bounces back and Bears have to throw to keep up.

Only caveat is its a Thursday game which have a tendency to be wonky.

But now...top three CB's out for Green Bay...Shields has been out but still.

Might help on your Miller decision too, JC, though a CB won't be on him. Saints receivers outside the dome concern me but I think I'm starting Cooks in one and looks like M. Thomas in my other (no other choice for me there though.)

I would go Miller over Fleener. Josh Hill being backup could hurt Fleener as well.

I'd go Hoyer over Jameis but if Dalton/Mariotta/Alex Smith were avail I'd probably want to give them a look. Would think 1 of those fools is avail.

And I'd holdoff on thinking Geno torpedoes Marshall's value. Not like Fitz is HOF bound.

There has gotta be someone better than that motley crew of RB's you listed. Probably go Duke out of all of them. Don't think Doug Martin is going on IR either, the dude who told you Alshon was out vs the Lions gotta get better sources.

Yeah...in my home league, half-point PPR, have Marshall, Cooks, and A. Brown and want to bench one for Meredith. Arguments could be made for all 3 of them now.

How in the world did you end up with those 3 wr? especially in ppr?

all three of those guys were gone by early second round in both my leagues

gun to my head I bench Brown this week. landry is the worst backup qb in football and it's a tough matchup

I have winston, Smith, and tyrod in one league and I'm leaning Winston

smith was horrible last week in a great matchup, 3 rushing td's killed him. But this week he has an even better one. Winston has a good matchup this week but they may rely on the run game again. Tyrod does too but he has struggled on the road

very tough call

the Saints may actually struggle to move the ball this week. might be the rare saints game that isn't a shootout. imo

I struggle to start Smith because the guy just isn't a gunslinger. that team at heart is defense and rushing attack. Winston more of a gunslinger and I could see that game being high scoring because bucs D is awful and Sam Fran will play better at home. Tyrod on the road against a team that just shut down the steelers is a pretty easy sit for me compared to those other guys

Hyde probably out this week.

Not sure what to think of Mike Davis, but I like him over all those guys you said you had to choose from.

I think the only QB on the list that you gave available is Alex Smith. No way I play him against that great D he's playing against this week

Hoyer/Jameis is pretty close.

Bears team total is very low and GB has been playing very slow since their offense is not explosive but Hoyer has just been a man on a mission since starting and GB is w/o 3 top CB's.

I think Jameis vs a worse D is probably a little safer and SF still trying to play fast you get a lot plays.

My first thought was roll Hoyer because he has been on fire but Jameis probably better.

I know man it's so razor thin. I rarely ask for advice on things like this but it's hard to split. I feel the same way
