Probably not. GB has the #1 run D in the league thus far and they are also playing at one of the slowest paces, along with Dallas.

Might be a game that goes by pretty quickly.

Actually like the under in that game. 47.5 a big # for those two.

crazy that GB is playing that slow this year

somebody offered me Mike Evans for Jordy in one league. I hate jordy's fantasy playoff schedule but I just trust him so much more to stay consistent and keep improving as apposed to Evans.

I assume it starts week 14

Mike Evans is playing the Saints 2x in those 3 weeks and Jordy has Minn/Sea? We're literally talking 2 of the 3 best D's vs arguably the worst D of all time.

You should do the deal IMO. It is the right move.

Week 15 Jordy has the easier matchup which is tough to swallow but on balance I'd say it is tough to pass up 2 Saints games.

it's tough to pass up, but Jordy has already proven this year that he can perform against the vikings, and that first game was on the road.

I have a personal bias against Evans because I had him last year and the guy is just so inconsistent and drops way too many passes. granted he's been much better this year

plus the Saints will be healthy by then popcorn-eatinggif

I would also lose another bye week since Jordy already had his and Bucs have one this week

Yeah, you would have to make it contingent on being after this week.

Normally trying to forecast defensive matchups 2 months in advance isn't worth doing but Vikings/Seahawks vs Saints are just huge outliers.

You should definitely try to get Evans 1 way or another. He could win the week by himself.

watkins doesn't need surgery. on track to return week 12. it's a long shot but he could have value in the playoff weeks against 3 weak pass D's

Fleener actually has a juicy matchup this week. He's boom or bust tho, that's the problem. Could easily end up with 25+ points or 2. Miller at least has some consistency although Jags D might be legit now.

I'm forced to start Tyrod or pick up Alex Smith this week in one league.

No offense, but this is probably why you are not very good at fantasy football. You CAN predict this shit. CJA was undervalued for two main reasons; disappointed owners from last year and the new trendiness of being WR-obsessed.

Even though he disappointed in 2015, his secondary metrics (YAC, broken tackles) were among the league's best. With Hillman gone, and given how good of a blocker he is, he is going to be on the field a lot. On a team with a rookie QB that will likely want to dump off a lot, no other good options at RB, where the defense sets up the offense with some short fields, and a revamped offensive line...add all that up and I think he's going to have a good year.

One game does not a season make, but we even discussed earlier in this thread that he was one of the names that was falling at least a round below where he should.

Denny Green was on sportscenter about 20 minutes ago

"CJ Anderson is who Cruise thought he was!"

It's funny how people keep saying the game has changed so much the last 2 years so everyone needs to be extra special WR happy.
4 years ago stafford threw for 5k yards and you were still drafting just 1 WR in tbe 1st round back then and 10 rbs. Truth is people we're drafting incorrectly 4 years ago

It depends on the format but you can't just look at raw #'s since RB's split work more now. There is no tried and true strategy, it is very fluid and always evolving.

Very few RB's getting the huge workload these days and Antonio Brown gets 13 targets a game. Julio, Beckham, Marshall, Hopkins all had monster years last year.
More guys have bigger years than ever at WR.

Also, Jordan Howard, Jerrick McKinnon, Melvin Gordon can become "things". RB is about supply and opportunity as much as it is about skill. Not too many WR's just come out of nowhere to have top 20 value.
