for basketball this is a moot point since you can go overseas and still get paid
if jahlil okafor went overseas, he would still be a t5 draft pick ez<iframe id="google_osd_static_frame_3583465088158" name="google_osd_static_frame" style="display: none; width: 0px; height: 0px;"></iframe>

I dont think the site will work but i do think it solves some issues.

I would think an athlete with $500,000 pledged to them after they graduate in 1 year (guaranteed) should be able to get a measly $100k loan from the bank (albeit unsecured)

The issue I think will arise is that no one will pay that much money for them to stay. I see close to zero $ going in until the ending part of their junior year.....and only for a select few athletes. That and now college kids would start bluffing about them thinking about going pro...that will tilt me

It's not a cool idea to ask John Smith to pay these kids to stay in school. Let the schools and the NCAA pay them. The schools are the ones that benefit the most by earning millions off these players. Without these star athletes the NCAA would not be getting the HUGE television revenues they are earning and the schools would not be getting the people through the gate and the concessions.

Why the fuck should John Smith have to pay for some kid to stay at a school while that school and the NCAA are earning millions off him on the field and selling his jersey off the field?
