wow,
This was the Xavier game and it did make a difference.

What I need to know from those that play at Greek today, can they confirm or deny that Xavier -2.5 was available before tipoff of first game today as that is when our plays have to be posted by. If someone can confirm it, I will accept it as a win. Fact is I use 2 different line services and 2 was the best number available before tipoff of first game at every place listed including Greek. If line was temporarily available and someone can confirm ok. If not, I would like to hear how this game should be graded and since this is second time I have proven he has cheated, what should be done?
A. Nothing continue as normal but use opening lines
B. Brock should be penalized
C. Brock should be disqualified for cheating

IF the same ground rules that exist in the tracker forum...IE..."widely available" lines at the time of the post...were set in stone from the start of your little contest...

Then I would select C.

IF this contest did not have that agreement in place...

Then I would select A...and then implement the tracker forum policy w/regards lines and picks.

Tony Mar,
Nothing was discussed on lines. In FiveDoors and my challenge, we agreed to Cris opening lines. In regards to Brock Challenge, nothing. I complained on a line that others proved did not exist (a full pt off) that I counted as a win because it still would have covered. Problem is, how can you have a contest if an individual is using lines that don't exist at the time of posting requirements. He has now done this twice. This time it made a difference. Fact is he has done it twice now since he threw up the white towel. I let him back in because I did not want to win that way and did not care if I lost if he came back. I actually respected him for not quitting and have complimented him on his comeback. But in my mind, cheating is inexcusable between two fellow cappers in a contest. If someone posts a lousy line in picking a game, only person he is cheating is himself.

Just saw the play in question...

IMO...that is why you should have had something established here...especially if this is twice now...because it should not matter if the badline posted "made a difference" this time or not(win vs loss)...

Because either way someone is trying to get an unfair edge at the time...which should not be tolerated.

Too bad you let this slide after the first incident. You know what they say about "fool me once...fool me twice".

Cheating in a heads-up contest is pretty pathetic.

As you can see from below, your play was at 3:52. This clearly proves what a fucking cheater you are just like the line last week that even other verified. You are such a classless fool.

</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
Proves you are a fuckin dumbass, as the time is EST on the ticket...so that means 2:52 CST or before 3:03 CST, DUNCE:lol:

Brock,
Plays were submitted prior to tip off first game which was 11:15 cst. How could you have posted Louisville as a play in contest that tipped off at 11:20 approx cst and played this game at that number at that time. You now clearly state that is was 2:52 cst so another fucking lie you loser. You are truly a pathetic liar.

Wagerline follows most books (Pinnacle I think is their tie-in) and here is their line history. They are always on the ball with line changes so here ya are:

i'm kicking his ass since i had a bad run at the start, and he is running for cover trying to look anywhere he can for an advantage..

Bottom line is BYU +2 1/2 was a winner for me and thats all that matters.

Wouldn't surprise me to see Kojak welch on his 250 either, will come up with some lame excuse as to why he shouldn't pay.

At least he will be exposed to the entire world for being the fraud that he is.

The numbers won't lie in the end either..

Right now we are

Kojak (14-13-1)
Brock Landers (14-14)

or Kojak (14-13-1)
Brock Landers (13-14-1) if you go by his fantasy land numbers...

Either way, he will be BEHIND me at the end.

no cheating at all, what do i have a crystal ball and i knew BYU would lose by EXACTLY 2 points? LOL I gave him the line i saw at the time i made my pick, it was +2 1/2 -115 at the greek, and that was for the entirety of the day too.

I really am missing what the argument is here, thats the line at the ONLY book i use and its being questioned?

Is it possible i can see a line history somewhere which shows what the greek was giving all day yesterday?

That is why I said the tracker forum policy should have been in play...

"Widely available" lines...at the time of the picks.

He said you guys did not have that agreement...

I will give you that BYU +2.5 was available...but at where I play...that line was not available until right before tip...

Where you play it was all day...so your win should count then...since you did not have that agreement. Which I had said that in post number 21 in this thread.

I see your point. It is just too bad you fellas did not have a "lines" standard agreed to before putting $250 on this...none of this BS would have come up IMO.

2.5 is good in my book....I had +2.5 around the same time...Its not like he made it up...How the hell do you know what the line was at the time?? He didn't say +3.5?? I think you let it go, because he posted a ticket with it!
