Rob Crowne is a good guy. Very low key, low pressure and is probably as legit as one can be, being a paid tout.
Polish Prog, OTOH is a total fraud. He used to be relatively honest, and would warn people about anyone claiming over 60% or so being a phoney. Now he routinely claim 80% or greater, touts multiple 100 unit "bombs", $100,000 winning days at the track, etc etc., when years ago his biggest play was 6 units. He even claimed to win the Ky Derby with Mine that Bird for one day on his comp line, but quickly took it off, when even he realized it wasn't believable. He'll come up and give out a comp play on a game after it starts, when a team has a lead. His comp lines are entertaining though, for the total BS they provide.
