if GOOD teams like PIT, PAT, EAGLES suppose to win and the numbers do not matter...then shouldn't they be like 16-0 the whole year (unless they play each other)...

Doesn't anyone factor in a loss at some point of the season?

I believe the Jac can beat out Pitts, and the Packers can stay hot over Phila

Yes they will lose, everyone does eventrally, but why try to pick when they will lose. Insted ride out the winning streak. Look if you take the best teams in the leauge, Phily, NE, Pitt and Indy and put $100 on those 4 teams every week of the year. Except weeks they played each other. Right now you would be 27-8-1, 77% winners ATS and up $1820. Why anyone wants to bet against those 4 teams I have no idea. I don't bet on them every week. Allthough I do bet on those 4 regularly, but I would never bet against them. Especially NE. NE is 21-3-3 ATS since the start of last year. thats Thats 87.5% over almost 2 years. Why bet against that.

For the record I did bet on NE on Sun night as soon as the line came out at -7, and Indy at -10. And will probably add Pitt.

what's even crazier is if you would have parlayed all of those teams together for 100. a play every week where you could(when not playing eachother).
you would have hit 3 3teamers and 3 4teamers, winning 4,500. and losing 400. for a profit of $4,100.

thats just nuts. All I know is since the start of last season I bet I've played on NE about 20 times counting playoffs. I think I've lost twice. I also play alot of Phily and Indy games. They were 11-5 and 9-6-1 last year. For whatever reason vegas just can't seem to catch up with Phily, Indy and NE.

As far as the Pit/ Jack game this weekend. The only thing Jack has going for it is its a home game. Someone explain to my how Jack is going to score on Pitt. Pitt has the #3 pass D and #1 rush D. And Jacksonville is no Indy in the offensive department. The only good team Jack has beaten was Indy.

That;s a bit wierd don't you think?? Don't you think the line maker realize that Pitt is a better team and should be around -7 or -10 or according to you -15

the pitt pass defense is still not very good....despite the stats...they`ve been fortunate to play most of their tough games at home this year....

be careful with pitt...they are having serious trouble protecting rothlisberger..

i agree....better to stay with a trend than buck it.....but,a bad spot for them,imo....

the line at -3 becases they are on the road....if they were at home the line would be-7.....

when i set my line....base on t/o...s/u..rypa...pypc...time...red zone....penalty yd...off vs def...line off....home...away...score....punting...sacks...takeaway....giveway......returns...
weather....injuries....coaching....and gut.....

what it tell me is not the line in the game....but how many points they will win by.....
ANY TEAM CAN WIN ON AN GIVEN DAY(10% OF THE TIME)....MY PICKS ARE BASE ON THE OTHER 90%.......FOR MY HARD EARN MONEY ITS PIT......

From what I hear and read you are on target more tha not. BUT be careful here for a trap game on the low line of -3 on Pitt! This is a trap game and a game the books will clean up on. JMO. But good luck guy!!

at 3 diff books.......stl action is 3-1
..........................buf action is 3-1
.........................min action is 3-1
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,ne action is 5-1......if there are a trap game that the books will make money on it one of those

9 time out of 10 the action on a game is under 3-1.....

pit is 2-1..........

As far as Caribs player picks section, it leaves room for discussion. i've seen many times a game has over 3 thousand picks on a certain side and 100 on the other side and their line never moves,WHY NOT?? I know you are going to say that the money on the lesser side is greater, maybe so. But look at all their lopsided games and you'll see no line movement. After all the years I've been playing I thought action moves the line!

I will say this though...we have serious injury issues on the offensive line and I know for a fact Hicks won't play Sunday and Mayberry is 50/50 but more than likely will not play. The backups are very capable but they are untested. If we were playing someone with a good defensive line it would be a problem but this defense doesn't scare me at all. I think the birds will find a way and do some damage to the Pack tomorrow.
