what part of the country did you book? from Toledo Ohio My uncle Billy Scott was huge book ran from feds in mid 90's went to Antigua started WWTS one of the 1st offshore books ,then became Bodog way back I worked there 3 yrs in the 90's Janet Reno went after us for wiring money use to use Neteller cards for people in US to get paid could go on and on lol gl just curious or message me

yes he was but that's crazy that you were from that area, not sure your age I am 65 but in the 70's 80's 90's he was maybe the biggest book in the Midwest and even parts of Canada, he even went to jail for sending people to New Jersey to collect money...lol I had about 100 with me but we all had a up book , Billy was a great guy, ahead of his time, very honest, we use to have a saying at WWTS we take all syndicate action, and we did they knew they were going to get paid ...gl to ya Toledo Ohio born and raised...on Tampa tonight but got it at 5 its a system play of mine from the 80's before the 2 pt conversion when the opening line of 5 or 5.5 was very rare gl to you my friend

well for years I could not talk about it, Billy came back to the US in 2012 pled guilty paid a 7 million dollar fine, and was on probation for a year, after it was settled is when I started to come back only and post my plays and could actually talk about it , 60 minutes was in Antigua in like 2001 I think and did a whole thing on off shore sports betting and they were at WWTS , when he sold half of his interest in WWTS it became Bodog, but he went back because it was not being run right and he took over again then he sold everything in 2011 when he was working out his deal to return to the U.S I worked there as a lines adjuster for a few years because I was with him so long in the Toledo area, well my dad was but I knew him as uncle Billy since I could remember, then when I started answering phones and moved up, and collecting ....., he left Toledo in like 93 went to Antigua ran from feds, beautiful down there though ....he was a wild dude when he was younger...lol my mentor for sure

Was this book in 2004 in toledo area. I hear after I knew about the Fix that UCONN played TOL -3.5. And a book in the TOLEDO area set it up…….. could it be or did you know about it? 90% ofThe bets on TOL and the line never move off -3.5

Do you know in the MAC. Cbb was worst. I had a service and they told me watch all the MAC games and if line moved 2 hours before….bet that game…… on those for a season it run 64%

we had a game in 94 football SMU/rice line was Rice -11 bet a ton on SMU, got the call when I was in Vegas to bet SMU +11 as I stood there others before me bet it something else the number on the board was team 151 I'll never forget it anyway dumped 5 dimes on SMU +11 had to get an ok from the manager at the stardust to place it. the guy ahead of me bet it it dropped to 10.5 I still bet it , all I was told was to bet them watching the game it was 17-3 in the 4th rice is winning , I am pissed and I got a group of guys yelling for rice at a table, I said something they showed me their Rice college rings...lol anyway long story short few minutes left SMU scores to lose 17-10 and cover that is the only time I ever knew about a game that was fixed , not sure when SMU got in trouble for that shit if it was before or after that I just do not trust anyone but the person that told me to bet them that day I totally trusted pretty sure it was 94 because we were out there for the Breeders Cup so had to be like 1st week of November , I do not think it happens much anymore, a bunch at Toledo got in trouble way back too for baskets I think .... yep but that's a day I'll never forget
