It's not known for a party place since it is an Islamic country. You can only buy beer and liquor at the duty-free place at the airport or else restaurants and hotels. It's a nice place for seeing tall buildings and indoor snow ski hills.
There aren't many Europeans. The mix is 40% Arab, 40% from the Indian sub-continent, 10% Asian and 10% European. There are a lot of nice Filipina ladies out at night in the downtown area. They are becoming a higher percentage of the population due to the fact that they already speak English, they are willing to work for a low wages and they are hospitable so they make good clerks and hostesses and housecleaners.
Dubai is ranked as one of the safest cities in the world. By all means, go there from September to April as it gets hot there during the summer and it's not a dry heat.

OK, here's what I was able to find regarding the Sirius lineup. They will be missing 6 players, one due to multiple yellow cards and the others due to injury.
The odds for their opponent Örgryte have been going down from 1.80 to 1.70 (American odds from -125 to -142). The odds at 5dimes are 1.78 (-128). They have 3 draws in 6 home matches so I believe I will stay away from this one even with the players missing from Sirius.
