They are both active so technically he is still best at headers... and even if Klose wasnt Ronaldo is not the best, Sergio Ramos and Lewandowski come to mind.

True klose was nice at them but nowadays it has to be ronaldo. Ramos gets those because he isn't a priority. Ronaldo can be marked by two guys and still elevate to the point where no one can contest it. Lewandowski is a beast too.
