i think he is doing an ok job as the manager. Ellsbury hit a routine line out and it was booted

There was nothing routine about that. He roped that shot and it was lucky that it was aimed right at Vlady. In that situation, you bring in a lefty to face a lefty w/ the go ahead run on 2nd. It's not like Halos have the lead.

He was supposed to make that play. What I'm saying is that Ellsbury hit that ball hard. And he hit it hard cuz Garland was tiring and it was a lefty righty matchup. Scioscia shoulda brought in a lefty to face Ellsbury.

your not paying attention lol its in the 7th inning

My bad, I thought this was a 8pm start, I tune in thinking I'm getting the first inning, and I was like WTF?

Still, like I said, I thought the game was a tossup and didn't want any action.

But in moments like that, the manager has to go w/ the matchups and the percentages. In that situation, w/ the game on the line, he should have done wat the percentages say. I don't care that Ellsbury was 0-2 against him already. That was when Garland was fresh. He was already over 100 pitches at that point.

I'll agree to disagree, if oliver comes in and gives up a bomb to him its " WHY DID THEY DO THAT HE WAS 0-2 AGAINST JG"
