If those salaries are accurate, Berman, Kornholer & Wilbon are just stealing money. That is totally ridiculous.
I met her a few years ago, actually went to her birthday party and the young kid that did around the horn was there too.

| I am shocked at almost all of those salaries. ESPN let creative talent like Bill Simmons and Cowherd, like them or hate them they are interesting, walk and they pay these talentless nobodies millions of dollars. There is not one SportsCenter anchor who matters. I will watch the show to get highlights irrespective of who is announcing. In fact, it's only the fact that I look to not watch SportsCenter when there are certain at anchors on that matters. You could get 8 guys out of Syracuse University and do SportsCenter and pay them each $200,000 and the ratings would be essentially the same. They might even go up if they went back to actually showing highlights of games and had the stats from the game rather than three lines showing me who the high score and high rebounder was, or stop feeling like they needed to show the stereo typical "barbershop" discussion where they film some losers talking about sports, or having SVP spend half his show proving how hip he was in the 90,s (we get it Scott, you know 90's hip hop and wear Beats). |
