I think if we get passed PSV then we have a great chance. The best price I can find is + 600. The two biggest worries are Bayern and Everton.

If I had to take an outsider I would take Benfica + 1800

Is UEFA Cup random draw or is it now set who plays after this round?

Spurs have a big advantage over Everton and Bayern, they can focus entirely on the UEFA Cup now with no regard for their league standing. They are already in UEFA next year, too far down to finish 4th and safe from relegation. Nice benefit to have. Obviously that alone isn't enough.

Biggest play of the year tomorrow on Sunderland. Jewell is gonna make an example out of the starters on this team and play a bunch of scrubs after last weekends abysmal performance. They are relegated anyway and I believe he will start some reserves/young guys to get them some PL experience and start the rebuilding now instead of next year in the Championship.
