It has hope because of the SCOTUS decision. A rising tide can lift all boats. That's where its potential is.

But if you let Jemele Welch run wild in the OS by insulting good posters then I don't think it really matters. Could be legalized in all 50 states, the world, Mars, Pluto, Neptune, the entire solar system if there is other life form out there. Just won't matter with the Jemele Welch Effect.
