Then if you have the preference to have a female server, then you inform the host that you wish to be seated in a female's section. If one's not available immediately, wait. Why the hell should the male server be punished because you didn't make your preference known to the staff. And in some weird, childish revenge, you are refusing to tip them for providing you a service even if the service was great.
And why must I know what females feel like in an office setting? Why take that out on any male server? It's not their god damn fault that women in a corporate environment may not get compensated enough. It is not your place to hand out life lessons to the wait staff that are taking care of your needs.
And you're making no god damn sense, for the record. The price of the meal includes the employee bringing it to you? Do you have the slightest idea how the service industry works? The margins are razor thin you inconsiderate ass. Restaurants make FUCK ALL on food. It's all about beverages and alcohol. But if the price of the meal does include the wage for the employee, why tip the female server? For herand ass? You've all ready made it clear that you don't tip based on the experience or service so why not just tip a random, hot female server in the restaurant? If you're just tipping on T&A, which you've stated you do, just tip the hottest one in the restaurant.

Males in the service industry don't resent their female coworkers, they resent assholes like you who don't fucking tip.
Restaurants make plenty of profit for the shit they toss on your plate. Especially at a happy hour themed franchise chain. It is not the customers job to pay for their meal and for the wages of the employees at the same time. A tip should never be expected just for doing your job a tip is rewarded for doing an exceptional one. If you choose to have a job in the food service industry where you are lucky enough to get tips as part of your compensation and in return you make less hourly then you need to learn to accept the bad and no tips right along with the great tips you get. I work in sales and I make a shitty hourly wage just barely over minimum wage but I do make commission. Sometimes my sales yield a very good profit and require low maintenance over the existence of the order. While some sales I just barely break even and I have to work my ass off to maintain but that is part of the business. I too also have to deal with difficult customers and at the end of the day if I don't like it I could just quit.
Nobody is forcing these people to serve you food they choose their profession and I don't want to hear about the occasional table that leaves a shitty tip and how your hourly sucks and you need tips to survive. At the end of the day when the totals are added up these people take home a decent paycheck. So quit begging for more money.
