Florida is actually Three sub-states in one.

I-4 corridor between Pinellas County and Jacksonville (with Tampa & Orlando)

Northwest (aka "southern Georgia and southern Bama") - very Republican

South Florida - very Democratic

Best to let at least 65% of precincts reported and definitely wait until at least 10pm EDT since much of the aforementioned "northwest" region is on Central standard time and their votes won't be added in until after polls close at 8pm EDT
