I would water board him to get information, I would put him in general population and I would execute him by firing squad so easy there. My penal code would be death penalty for armed robbery and up. Mass shootings were down in the decade that followed, compared to the decade before (1984-94) and the one after (2004-14), but they did not end entirely.
After the assault-weapons ban expired in 2004, gun makers quickly reintroduced them and sales were brisk.
So it helped the cause but then the ban went away and the nra and gun lobbyist are back to advertising it as America’s favorite assault rifle....so easy even a kid can use it.

When the San Bernardino shootings happened I knew it was a minority because it was a specific location(probably where they worked). Not a wide open public place like a mall, wall mart, movie theatres....that 95% is a white person move. Just is what it is. Look at the facts.
