This is an issue that should be agreed on in the industry. Perhaps that group of guys who met in Vegas can meet again next time and get a clear definition on this and anyone who says "rollover" must follow those terms or risk a black mark.

Id also suggest those that get together get a definition for "Miss Line" a definition for how many points off is really considered a miss line or how big a spread on a money line is considered a miss line. Define it and the players and books can hold to it.<o

Everyone would know the definitions and it would be easy to figure out what the correct move is to make. Anyone agree. Id love to chair this but I just cant spend that much time on this stuff.
