Thanks MFG, for now though I am just sharing with everyone up to the moment info. on the Warriors, inwhich you can use as you please. There are definately several notable info on them I shared already. One is the injury to WR Chad Owens. I will update everyone later. The second was the sitting of Chang in favor of Wieldon. This one I know Chang will play, but when and for how long. Have to wait to get info on practice reports. This one is a tough one, cause I am sort of seeing this game as another poster stated in another thread. That it will simply be either Hawaii outright or Boise St. by 25.

WINNA, don't ever post in my thread again. You have nothing to offer and we have nothing to gain from you. Goodbye.

Capt, just went through your thread, nothing new on Owen's huh?

To me, that's the straw. UH had a drop off when Nate went out, without Owen's, that's gonna be a big hit for a team that throws 85% of the time with 4 wide receiver sets. No Owen's, I'm thinking Boise. Last I heard, he was on crutches, but that was a couple of days ago. Even if he plays at say, 70%, I don't think that's gonna be good for UH. Slot back is too important a position in the run and shoot.

Anyway, enjoy the thread, look forward to updates.

as much as i'd like the warriors to beat boise st., i think boise st. has too much firepower...may have to stay away and just go nuts at the game...i thought 'bama was gonna blow out the warriors, but my heart was with the warriors and stayed away from the line...glad i did...as game time gets closer and we find the status of chad owens, the weather and the hype, then i can make a better decision...it is very difficult to go against the warriors at home when they are taking points (6-0 straight up this season)....well mahalo for the info co-captain and good luck brah

c0-captain first i would like to say that your thread is what a forum should be about. It's great just to contribute to it. I feel this is another big game for Hawaii, like the fact they been home for 3 weeks. If you get any late info on turf toe please post it.

Chad will play but he will not be 100%. He may not even be 50%, meaning at most he will make a couple "possession" catches just like the Alabama game. I don't think his reduced role will affect the O much as Cockheran is looking like the next coming of Ashlie Lelie now that he is finally healthy and Se'e Polomele (sp?) is now the possession receiver in Chad's absence. Also don't forget Wes Keliipii (sp?) will be back.

With that being said, I once again reiterate the strong play here is the OVER. UH will not even come close to stopping Boise but the O should have enough to make a game of it.

Chang is only a junior. He has another year left. As to the liklihood of him ever graduating...well that is another story.

sandmanfromlv, I told you earlier, Chang has already graduated , it is his cousin you are seeing play. They have the same name and look identical. They figured since they look like eachother and have the same name, then why not just save paper and just add on to the original Timmy Changs stats. I thought that that was so ingenious of them.

As far as cheating at home sandman, Hey why not, this game is on like in the morning in the mainland, so no one will see them cheat. Plus, if others see it, who is up at that time for them to complain to . Like I said sandman, you just need to accept it. Aloha CC. You crack me up, you negative bastard you!

MSSpartan, well I was adding the unofficial National Championship that Alabama was awarded , making them win it 12 times. Still, if you take that so called unofficial title away, you still have Alabama , ND , and Michigan with the most titles , not just ND.

The updates on the injuries to Hawaii players are right on the money as listed in Allstars thread. Only exception , is that Owens listed as probable, can be updated to very likely that he will play. How much is the question. Only he knows that. But again, WR Owens will play.

I just want to add also that even if Owens is used in a limited role today, Hawaii still has 5 other receivers with 30 + catches on the season , 4 of whom also has exceeded the 400+ yards in receptions. So Hawaii does have many other active WR to keep the Broncos defense honest today. Aloha, CC.
