Scoob,

"Sick Gambler" set the tone for TheRx and he was supported by TheRx.

We wouldn't be having this problem is the player(s) at hand didn't blatantly cheat.

This is hardly EWinner's fault IMO.

No, I never said my brother was using any account. My buddy from school who moved in set up an account. Not a brother, no relative, nobody else. Scoob, the bonus scamm isn't tue either because they were giving 20% reload bonuses which I was receiving. I did not need to open another account to get more bonus. Hell, I didn't even get a referral bonus for him. The only possible complaint is that we circumvented the limits of $1000. Then why won't they allow me to prove the identity of me and my buddy. This is about stealing winnings pure and simple.

Okay, stud, my apologies. Looks like the pendulum has moved back to your side. I can't keep up with all the post here on this thing. If what you are saying is true, I think you should get paid in full.

But where did Ewinner get the 6 accounts from?

Still leaves the Shrink’s actions toward Ewinner, at the very least, very bizarre - IMO.

Studbolt - I dont think anyone is questioning the identity of you and your "buddy". Anyone can set up accounts with "real" names. Your plays came from the same computer, to me that means they came from the same person. Unless you told them up front you would both be making limit bets from the same computer and they agreed to it in writing. If that is the case then I would agree you should be paid. If not you have no case imo.

only half serious. but your post DOES come across like you look at things from a books point of view.

If I recommend several friends to a sportsbook, then we all gather on a Monday night to watch a football game and they use one of my pc's to place wagers, what in the name of Pete Rose is wrong with that? This is not hypothetical. This takes place weekly in my home.

sportsbooks should have negative EV bonuses and welcome as many accounts as you can open. If you can't afford to give away 1000 times the bonus you are offering then don't offer it.

RPM - I dont work for any book. I am a gambler, nothing more. You can call my perspective a books point of view i guess. I prefer to call it an anti-scammer point of view.

General - That is not what is happening in these cases. These guys are making limit bets on weak lines to circumvent the limits.

If the Id's are different, and I do not mean IP's, what is wrong with two friends playing a dime(limit) each?

Gen,
Occassionally nothing, but this was happening often (i believe is the EW claim).

95%+ sure that would be 'circumventing' the rules. And not just coincidence (if true)

General - I will ask you the same question that I asked Pat(which he still hasnt answered btw).

Do you believe it is perfectly ok for people to set up multiple accounts to circumvent a sportsbook's limits and get extra bonus money on top of it?

That's a fair question scoob.

No

When/if caught though, the accounts should be closed and all money minus the bonus should be paid to the player. Studbolt says he is owed 3160. Ewinner says they paid out 60,000. If Studbolt ran his account dry and then re-upped getting reload bonus, I do not care what happened in the past. Close his account, take back the most recent bonus and send him his post-up.

General - What kind of message would that send to the scammers? Basically you are saying they can circumvent the limits as long as they want until they get caught with the only penalty being they give back the bonus. If that is the way these situations continue to be handled they will keep happening more and more. There has to be a penalty for doing this more severe than simply losing their bonus.
