Ok here is what I Can decipher so far---

long time/highly respected posters POWERS and DAMONEY have gotten word of a syndicate group that gives them plays. It is called some sort of "FUND" where you only pay if they win. (30%). If it loses, no pay is due. Seems quite weird if you ask me.
