That's cause fat neck DuhFinch lives in Vegas...probably eats $400 worth of buffet food every time he sits down

The Sunday brunch buffet prices at the high end casinos were off the charts. Probably because they offered caviar, seafood and champagne. The casinos still made a fortune on them at $60-70 a person. The other big mark-up for food in Las Vegas is Waygu steaks at steakhouses in places like Wynn casino in Las Vegas. I mean who doesn't want to spend $300 for 4 ounces of steak and that's before appetizers, salads and sides. You take a date there and after drinks and a tip you probably spend $1000 for dinner.

The bacchanal buffet at Caesars isn’t going anywhere. They just spent millions upgrading it.

I wonder if they are getting rid of the "traditional buffets" and making them more "cafeteria style" where someone behind the glass will serve you instead of you serving yourself?

Cruise ships will be doing that

The way Caesars,MGM,etc monopolize buying up as many properties as they can,and just gouging people out of their money is why i just deal with the non corporation ones such as Stations,Boyd Gaming South Point and Silverton who run themselves.

Its been a very long time that i was in a Caesars or MGM property, and i don't go on the strip at all,but i do go downtown where the preppy people don't hangout

The consensus on VSIN this morning is Gonzaga (Mush Wes Reynolds even said Gonzaga ML at anything below -200 has "value"!! LMFAO). Typically when they all love a game it loses (Mich St in play-in, Syracuse over Houston, LSU over Mich) and it has been fade city in the tournament.

This sucks for me because I am still alive in the DK $1 million survivor and have the Zags tonight.

Oh well, maybe these clowns will be right for once.

I dont think any of the hosts have every claimed to be "professional handicappers' or even say how good of handicappers they are.

They just offer their opinions

I think the people they consider handicappers are the people who contribute to the PSW.

Yeah, I'm just talking about how a consensus forms and it is usually based on horrible takes.

Yeah, I wonder how going to OT will impact Gonzaga late in the game (if at all.)

There are 885 people left in the contest but some of those have already used both teams. Based on looking at the pick distribution and guessing the % of people who have used both teams, winning tonight gets about $3,500 which is nice for a free contest.

The game turned out about as expected given the mush level on Gonzaga. As always, when guys who work for a casino are telling you to bet a game the way the house would want you to, don't listen!

Anyway, at the tip of the game, there were only 101 contestants left in the survivor. I'm shocked at how many people think get eliminated at the final game is a strategy.
Had Gonzaga won, I would have won $12,000 (had I known that, my bets on Baylor would have been much larger). There were only 17 people who had Baylor and they all won $58,823.
