If it were just 2 bad games that would be one thing, but there is a pattern that has been established.

Maybe a stud Tackle to give him a little more time in the pocket would be OK, but a go-to or a playmaker to throw to would be a confidence builder for Smith.

I agree Smith isn't the long-term answer, but I think their additions and potential draft picks have them knocking on the playoff door.
