Buddy told me to that vitamin D was key like a month ago so I've just been taking that. His company tests for vitamin D deficiency every year and he said it always comes back that a really high % have it
then I saw this headline hit yesterday

Good read
Boom, good stuff. Vit D is part of my tick borne pathogen protocol and one I would recommend for a daily supplement.
Here is a good article that outlines how the virus works, how the immune systems responds and gives some supplement info on how each works or may work against China Virus (long read but worth it).

I'll extract a few from the article that I take daily and have been taking daily before China Virus. As I've mentioned before, those of us who have suffered from Tick Borne Disease have a been ahead of curve for awhile with this stuff.
1) I take the monolaurin form - this IMO is the #1 because of it protects against all sorts of viruses / bacteria / pathogen, etc.
Coconut oil - Generally considered anti-viral, trials have been proposed to test the ability of compounds in coconut oil such as lauric acid and the derivative monolaurin to impair viral replication and break down the lipid envelope of the virus. (

- Food: Coconut oil is the most abundant natural source of lauric acid. (Source). It is a versatile cooking oil, however, attention should be given to the type of coconut oil (cold-pressed and unrefined products are generally preferred) and its use. For example, heating coconut oil beyond its smoke point (approximately 177 °C/350°F) may increase the formation of volatile compounds that cause negative health effects. (Source)
- Supplementation: Monolaurin is available in supplement form.
2)
Vitamin D - In a systematic review assessing the overall effect of vitamin D supplementation on the risk of acute respiratory tract infection, Vitamin D supplementation reduced the risk of acute respiratory tract infection among all participants (over 11,000 participants ages 0-95). The most benefit was seen in those who were very vitamin D deficient and those not receiving mega-doses. (
Source) Optimizing vitamin D status is likely a safe and helpful measure for protecting against respiratory infections in general. (
Source)Vitamin D status should determine dosing so that optimal levels are maintained for the individual.
Supplementation: Most people do not have optimal levels of Vitamin D, especially in the winter. Vitamin D is not found in sufficient amounts in most foods, so exposure to sunlight is important and possibly supplementation if 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels are suboptimal.
3) Glutathione
4) Vitamin C
5) Zinc
Not listed in article which I recommend:
Garlic in pure extracted supplement form
Pure Spectrum CBD for inflammation reduction support
There are a bunch more, but this gives a good idea of things that get the immune system firing and things that work with immune system and actually attack or disrupt the virus.
