It would be like a hip hop guy to buy that mansion, bulldoze it and build one twice the size of that and then bitch when he gets the property tax bill.

I just can't fathom being that rich especially when you were not born into it. I have wondered how guys like Mark Cuban keep track of their wealth with all of the companies he invests, his own businesses, stock purchases, cash, and probably 100 other things. He was ripped off by an employee in charge of his payroll too while starting Microsolutions. Its not something you can really trust someone to do. It is easier for guys like Buffet because most is in his own stock

Not true at all.

He doesn't own Wells Fargo, Coca-Cola, or American Express. Those are his biggest stocks.

If you can't find something to buy, you better find something to sell...

I think he is reported to get $800 Million. No bad for some shitty way over rated headphones.

The actual headphones (which are great) is only a small part of the deal in reality.

I don't think the head phones are great at all. I think Sony Electronics suck, but their $120 headphones blow Beats out of the water. I've had one pair for over 13 years, and they still sound better than Beats. People got caught up in the Dre Name attached to them, and the fashion statement it became.

Same with the $300 Bose headphones. Was given them for a bonus at work a few years ago. them bitches went on ebizzle for $250 as soon as I got home. Some sucker scooped them up instantly.

And why would apple pay that for headphones. They can make their own and would be better.

That's not the point, can you say "brand value"? Millions of teens (well probably their parents) will pay ridiculous sums for these things because they're trendy.

Sure is...they're fashionable as hell. Sound quality, not so much. Great money maker though, but I'm not a fashion guy, so give the me the sound quality, and they can keep the colored headphones with average sound, and a hefty pricetag.

Why do you believe that?

<section class="fw_box"><section class="hw_box padding-30"><article class="margin-bottom-20" id="article" itemscope="" itemtype="http://schema.org/Article"><!--StartFragment-->Being the world's highest paid supermodel, it makes sense that Gisele Bündchen's home would be an impressive, sprawling mansion on the California coast. However, the eco-conscious house that she built with NFL player husband Tom Brady is also a relaxed family home, where putting your feet up on the furniture is a priority.

Gracing the cover of Architectural Digest, the Brazilian model opened up her $20 million mega-mansion which the couple designed themselves alongside architect Richard Landry.

'I like simplicity and coziness,' Gisele told the magazine. 'I want to live in a place that feels like a real home, where you can put your feet up on the couch and just relax.'

Married in 2009, the couple have two kids, three-year-old Benjamin and baby daughter, Vivian Lake, along with six-year-old John, Brady's son from a previous marriage - so they decided their family needed some roots, and a plot of land overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Brentwood, California was the perfect spot.

'Gisele and I have eight sisters between us, and there are lots of kids. We built this house as a sanctuary for our family - a place where we can enjoy being together,' explained Brady.

Also being a global ambassador for the United Nations Environment Programme, Gisele and her hubby are acutely aware of environmental issues and made every effort to ensure their house was built with recycled materials where possible and ensured it was as self-sustaining, including installing solar panels for all their electricity needs, composting and grey-water technology.
