Dozens of homes destroyed in hills near Santa Barbara

Well not good news for my buddy that lives there.
After leaving about 10 voice mail messages, he got back to me about an hour ago.

He has lost everything. His House, 2 cars, priceless items, etc..
But the good news, I guess is that he, his wife and kids are safe. Thank god.

Nobody was home at the time, and he never had a chance to save anything.
In the 20 years that I have known him, I never heard him cry. But on the phone he did, because of Photo's and other Family items.

I told him that as long as you and your Family are safe, that's all that matters.

My best to your friend and his family....sometimes life sucks....

Yeah kind of Sucks.

The Fuked up part of it all, he has Tons of $$$. But he said None of his $$$ will bring back the things they lost forever.

I guess I would kind of feel that way. But the most Important, is your Life.
