Casinos do take sides on games..... When they make a line it is not always going to be 50/50 split. They factor in public perception and some games they run with that and take a side and want people to take a side...

Much as CapNCash has already eluded to......I'll have to just figure that Vegas lost the phone number to the ref-and-coach conspiracy because Florida just covered every number that was posted on them for this game.
