Yes, waiver's should be granted only to those who have been under unfortunate circumstances, and not for those who have created the unfortunate circumstance themselves. We are in agreement there.

i thought the ncaa stopped players trying to appeal for say the reasons....to be closer to home, sick parents etc...

Don't worry, at the rate the NCAA approves things DGB probably won't play until the 10th game.
