Let's look into LETICIA 15 million value?

The attorney general’s office rests its case…
You should see the photos of her "gorilla tittts" circulating online and all the nasty sexual stuff she's done.

Clearly handpicked for this current position for a reason and obviously under blackmail.

No worries, already arrested by White Hats.

Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani told Newsweek that personal guarantees are common with bank loans and that Trump is allowed to ask his children to also guarantee the debt in case of a default. The issue Rahamni sees is what exactly Trump told the lender.

"Did he tell them that his children's assets were his? Then that's fraud and strong evidence for the State," Rahmani said. "But if there was no misrepresentation, and Trump just wanted his children to have 'skin in the game,' then that's a breach of contract issue at worst."

Rubin said that because Trump allowed his children to co-sign the agreement, there was evidence that he "was robbing Peter to pay Paul, so to speak."

Former President Trump demanded a jury Monday after his unprecedented time on the stand, calling the civil trial against him and his businesses a "disgrace" and saying New York Attorney General Letitia James has "no case."

Trump described his forced testimony as "election interference" while maintaining that his net worth is "far greater" than financial statements during testimony Monday.

The decision to have your case tried in front of a jury or in front of a judge is yours and yours alone. Your lawyer can help you make the decision,

but ultimately, it's the defendant's choice. Put simply: a defendant has the option of having a judge or a jury hear the case.

Let's watch how this plays out!

Great Day in America....
On Sunday, however, Politico legal affairs reporter Josh Gerstein shared the latest filing from the special counsel, which claimed that Trump's legal team had deceived the prosecution about Trump's position on the television broadcast proposal.

Bottom Line... Let People decide. Their opinion our opinion the Law says...
While cameras may be allowed, the courts are presumed closed to cameras unless a judge grants permission for photography, broadcasting, streaming or recording of any kind. The judge may have wide latitude to rule in either direction. There's a natural tension between constitutional rights when there is a dispute. So.... Let it happen and if you want to see the truth or be told is your choice!

The show must go on....

Former acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal, in an interview with MSNBC's Jen Psaki, argued in favor of televising the trial.

"Whether there's cameras in the courtroom or not, it's going to be a circus every day of every week," Kaytal said.

"The judge will of course exert some reign over that, but I don't think that's a reason not to let the American public see exactly what's happening."

The same dudes that say the STUPIDEST MSM parroting shit complain in other threads how we are too "rough" on them.

We are supposedly EXTREME because we see though the Propaganda and choose to call out the foolishness rather than just submit to it.

On the other hand they think Tearing Down cities, exposing kids to pedos and promoting Authoritarians control is just NORMAL

"In the absence of a stay on the terms herein outlined, properties would likely need to be sold to raise capital under exigent circumstances, and there would be no way to recover any property sold following a successful appeal and no means to recover the resulting financial losses from the Attorney General."

Failure to secure the bond allows the New York attorney general's office, which brought the case accusing Trump of defrauding banks and insurers by exaggerating his assets, to collect the $454 million from him. Attorney General Letitia James is expected to give Trump a 30-day grace period, set to expire March 25, after which she could seize his bank accounts and even assume control of his New York properties.

Trump floods the zone with so much crap so often that one must endlessly search for new ways to describe his astonishingly awful behavior, which is, as we surely ought know by now, part of the playbook of fascists. What you find when you check for synonyms for bad behavior is that nearly every word fits him like a (smallish) glove. Just flip alphabetically through the dictionary in your mind and the words pop up: aggressive, amoral, boor, bully, cad, conman, crass, criminal, cruel, disturbed, disorderly, defiant — and each one seeming to augment or amplify the one before. I suppose one bad trait leads to another, and someone like Trump is all-in on bad behavior. He even eats his steaks well done, with ketchup. He infamously cheats at golf. That he is also reportedly a malodorous individual is, unlike his expensive yet untailored suits or his clown-scale red ties, perfectly fitting.
