It doesn't seem like it....I think they really ARE #1. Or at least in the top 5 worldwide.

Pinnacle's management are professionals and run a tight shop without any problems. There is NOTHING to say about their customer service as with most players you won't need any.

The only complaint I hear every now and then is from newbies that wonder WHY they don't have an 800# posted on their site for phone bets etc.

NOTICE how Pinnacle NEVER posts in any of the forums? They don't have to.

I have been with Pinny for about 8 mos now and love them. They are quick to pay and I enjoy there variety of betting options. Pinny and Oly are the best IMO

Pinnacle has turned into one of my favorites but I like to call in bets when I am at home. I like all they have to offer, but only use them for tennis and some baseball. Never had a complaint.
