Or the dude is a narc. That term gets thrown around lightly a lot but if you're a guy that murders like that with nothing on the line, it's probably a good fit. Or maybe it was an accident without intentions of murdering. If he's truly a narc though he wont suicide himself. It doesn't look good for him, the only thing that can save him is if the autopsy shows an alternate cause of death, or the time of death is after he's home. But that's highly unlikely given all the circumstances.

Narcissist. Someone had posted a youtube after they went through their gopro video of driving by a white van on the 27th at its exact camping location. The video ended up being the van, the family saw it and confirmed it was theirs, FBI changed their focus and went to the location of that camp spot and found the body in the field there. Maybe a coincidence but doubt it. It might even be evidence linking him to the crime scene, at the time of after her death if it was before the the 27th. I believe in innocent till proven guilty, but it doesn't look good for him, unless she committed suicide and he bounced.
