Not entirely, there are those who will bet an extra game or 2 just because they are HOT or COLD, but not bet for more money than they are usually betting

From 1998-2007 it was easy to do with huge bonuses and slow books & many books making their own odds.
Neteller made it possible to take money out of a book you won big in & deposit with a book you were losing in,
for me it was pinnacle, within a matter of minutes making scalping almost a license to steal by scalping.
When Frist attached the illegal gambling clause to a war funding bill the gravy train was over. Neteller, Olympic,
WWTS pulled out really ending the fun.

Nowadays I can't see how people win though I guess a few do. Me & my brother joined the RX when ACES GOLD
folded seeing if there was anyway we could recoup some money. I lost 36,000 in Aces Gold when they folded
after NE beat StL in the Super Bowl & stll made money that year. Lost track of this site about 5 years ago but came back
about 2 years ago.
