in-n-out employees are the best hands down. And they have to deal with ridiculous orders too, animal style, grilled onions, regular onions, grilled whole onions, fries well done, grilled cheese, 3x3s. However, I don't think it has anything to do with race. Look at the people each place hires.

in-n-out hires high school aged kids who, while young, appear to have their shit together and will do something with their lives. mcDonalds tends to hire people who will never have a better job than mcdonalds.

fhm, I believe In-N-Out pays better. They get a better quality kid working there. Someone who wants to get the order right.

fast food orders are screwed up 50% of the time, I do not care if the employee is white, black, old, female etc. We all make mistakes but it boggles my mind why this is so difficult half the time. I can tell you this, 99% of Asian restaurants do NOT fuck up your order.

In N Out pays better than the average fast food place.

Do well and you get promoted. Store managers make a killing. Its in their best interests to do a good job.

If you want to run a simple test, go to any McDonalds and order a kids meal with a cheeseburger with ketchup only. This particular order is extremely difficult for minorities to get right. Maybe its because they can't fathom why white people would only want ketchup on a cheeseburger when they could also get mustard, a pinch of grated onions, and a pickle slice for free.
