Of course, you are right it wears out the joints, puts a lot of stress on the spine, and causes heart problems. Therefore, I am against the long-term use of steroids and any type of sports nutrition. Moreover, if you read this article https://steroidcycle.org/post-cycle-therapy/, you will know that after taking steroids, you need special therapy to restore your health. Because the body stops producing testosterone and treatment is needed to solve this problem. So if I want to switch to sports nutrition and take steroids for muscle growth and endurance, I will consult a good nutritionist to avoid health problems.

Steroids are not sports nutrition they are completely different things. You really need to educate yourself and separate the 2. If you take steroids you should learn the side effects first. Also if you take steroids you should lift natural for a while first. Also body building done right and safely does none of what you say. I am 60 my doctor says I'm as fit as a person in their 20's and I take no medications. No heart problems, spine, joints are perfectly fine. You have to find a good fitness coach who knows proper lifting technique. I can't tell you the thousands of people I see in the gym just tossing weights and yes those people are going to get injured at some point.

So now google is never wrong? Don't decide for yourself? Sounds pretty leftist to me. Anyone using the brain can see the difference from guys doing Mr Olympia and a guy on the street looking to get muscle. I am living proof of a body builder on a balanced diet. And creatine is not bad for the body. I've been taking it 25 years. Drink plenty of water and give it a rest at times.

creatine is part of balanced diet? come on man

creatine is a supplement that helps build muscle with no side affects if you take it as directed.

you really shouldn't talk about things you have no idea about.

Maybe it negatively affects your eyes because no one said otherwise.....

If you do boxing "right and safely", there's no danger either. Anything done as a hobbyist can be fine. But once you start getting hit, that changes quickly. Same thing with bodybuilding. Exercising and eating chicken breasts is something anyone can do without much problem, just like taking a few swings at a heavy bag. High doses of anabolics things change, just like when there is someone throwing punches back.

Arnold is 72, Lou Ferrigno is 68, Lee Haney is only 60, and even Ali made it to 74. The list can continue, but these ages are good enough for me...

Keith Richards is 76 and Ozzy Osbourne is 71. That doesn't really provide any insight about heavy use of other cocaine and heroin. The ages of those other guys really doesn't say anything about repeated punches to the head and mega doses of other scheduled drugs.

Half of Arnolds internal organs have been replaced due to steroids. So there's that.

Bodybuilding is not "exercising and eating chicken breasts". You can get a good body and even compete natural events. People who take roids that is their own decision. It has nothing to do with people who are in the gym to get a good look and to feel good.

finally someone with a brain. steroids won't kill you if you use them correctly. its such a myth started by Lyle Alzado whining about how roids killed him. His brain tumor had nothing to do with roids. Of course its true if you over do it you can die but you can say that about almost anything you put in your body. Hell water can kill you if over do it.
