This is no back door cover - but for two huge calls - bogus block in the back and bogus roughing the passer - the Vikings would be leading - Saints have no offensive line - no run game - no pass rush - and Graham may be good but is hard to tell when he does nothing all game - this is a sub 500 team
So much fail here.
Saints were 2nd in the NFL in rushing before Ingram went down.
Lead the NFL in TOP and still do.
Ingram coming back as soon as next week.
Brees has only been sacked 3 times this season.
Saints have 2 all pro guards and one of the best young left tackles in the league.
As far as that call being bad.
Lets pretend that it would not have been called.
The Saints were still winning 13-9 at that point.
The defense did not give up a single TD all game.
So if they would not have called that the Saints would have punted from almost midfield.
How do you equate that the Saints would have lost the game if they was not called?
They still did not give up a single point the rest of the game from that point on.
So maybe they would have won the game 13-9 instead of 20-9.
What does that play have to do with winning or losing?
The guy did get ejected from the game and I'm sure he is going to get a nice fine for pile drive which is against the rules under the current rules of the NFL.
