you have no clue I guess. I paid 44.2, but the house appraised for 120k even at today's prices. I bought it from US bank who is liquidating all foreclosed properties in Florida. The offer is cash and as is. I have $4250 deposit in hand. He hasn't seen it yet either. That is how this shit works. He will rehab it cheap and put it back up. The same house sold for 165K about a year ago. He thinks he can still get that much after putting 10k in it. I am not so sure, but 6 flags is building a huge water park resort in the area so who knows.
