I don't know... there's something very nice about getting jacked up on caffeine, even if coke will wear the enamel off your teeth.
My usual morning routine... Go running about 7am. 830am: rapidly down 2 cups of coffee, and a giant yogurt (not those wussy 6 or 8 ozs... full 16 baby!). Once I have a good base, I proceed to drink diet coke. I find that about 2 an hour maintains the desired bcc (blood caffeine concentration). By noon, I'm ready to slow down - otherwise, I can't get to sleep.
Now, my beer routine is a bit scarcer. Actually, non-existent now. I don't like wine or liquor, and I'm stuck on this cursed island where I can't get bud lite (amstel brite anyone?)
