Getting back to $500 guarantee. I did purchase the monthly package due to the guarantee and the fact the he was monitored on Parlayhelp.
The game lost, and I was given an option of the money or a 2k guarantee on the following nights GOY on CLeve which won.
However I refused the 2nd game and asked for the money....Did I get it??...NO !!!
He is now ignoring my emails and it appears that life will go on as normal. He is still monitored at Parlayhelp and is going fairly well. So he can suck in more clients with good weeks and if he has an off week then he can email the users about a new guarantee since it appears that no one will know that he didn't honor the ones before.
This hurts the honest cappers at Parlayhelp.
Paypal cannot get involved in a dispute since it does not involve "goods" However I am working on getting his account shutdown. He is what they wrote
"PayPal does not tolerate fraud or illegal activities. Your complaint has
been noted in the record of the PayPal user you reported. If we find this
user has violated our policies, we will investigate and take appropriate
action. If this occurs, you may be contacted in the future about the status
of this complaint."
Here is what I have on Kylebale

Here is another reason I thought that the offer was legitimate
Kyle collects $300 for the monthly package and tells his clients to play Boston
Then he takes the money and bets on Orlando
He now has $600 and then honors the guarantee for $500
He now profits $100...
If he loses the Orlando bet, he loses $330
However only $30 would be his, so he is wagering $30 to win $100
Then of course he has to give away a month of service.
But that gives him a chance to win the client for future packages..
He already would have won the first big game...
Anyway, that is the story.....so far
